Congestion at container terminals in Antwerp
Increased congestion at the container terminals in the port of Antwerp is causing delays. We are undertaking all reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on our customers. Please do note that (heavy) delays are possible which go beyond any responsibility of Zuidnatie.

Dear customer,
We regret to inform you that increased congestion at the container terminals in the port of Antwerp is causing delays.
The ongoing congestion has a direct impact on our transport by truck and barge. The intended schedule often cannot be met. We are undertaking all reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on our customers. Please do note that (heavy) delays are possible which go beyond any responsibility of Zuidnatie as we are dependent on the available terminal capacity and possibilities.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of any changes.
Given that these delays are the result of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reject any costs arising from them.
