We regret to inform you about possible delays due to the extreme weather conditions.
The safety of our employees is our top priority. To ensure a safe working environment for employees working in extreme weather conditions, additional recovery and hydration breaks are required, in accordance with industry regulations. While we are undertaking all reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact for our customers and to meet the intended schedule, please note that these necessary safety measures may cause delays.
Given that these delays are the result of circumstances (weather conditions) beyond our control, we reserve the right to reject any costs arising from them.
